• List your property in the Rental section of Georgia Multiple Listing Service (GAMLS) and First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS).
• List your property until it is LEASED!
• Display up to 16 photos of your property on both GAMLS and FMLS.
• List your property on public-access broker/agent websites with rental listing property searches, Courtesy of Sellect Realty.
• List your property on public-access GeorgiaMLS.com
• List your property on public-access Realtor.com and Zillow.com
• Any calls from agents and potential renters received by Sellect Realty will be referred to you.
• Make changes to your listing (e.g. rent price, descriptions, photos), upon request, free of charge.
• Provide a Rental Application form, upon request, free of charge.
• Provide a Credit Check/Background screening services on a potential renter, upon request.  $50 fee to be paid by potential renter.
• Provide a Lease Agreement form, upon request, free of charge.
• Withdraw your listing at anytime for any reason, except for a pending lease or when you accept a lease contract (Sellect Realty must change the status of your listing on the GAMLS and FMLS to "leased").
• Provide Optional Marketing Tools, if you wish to order (please contact Sellect Realty at 770-509-0265 or info@SELLectrealty.com to order any optional marketing tools below):
  - Sellect Realty "For Rent" yard sign with your phone number printed - $39
  - Agent-Access Electronic Lockbox (Available in Greater Atlanta area only) - $100 lease fee,
    plus $50 deposit ($50 refunded with return of lockbox to Sellect Realty)
  - Home Feedback system to obtain comments by email from rental agents - $29
    (Free of charge with electronic lockbox lease)
• At leasing, no fee is charged by Sellect Realty or the multiple listing services.*

             * Contract negotiation support is available. At anytime, should you feel more comfortable with Sellect Realty's professional agents
             involved in contract negotiations with rental agents or potential renters, a fee equivalent to the commission offered to a rental
             agent will be due Sellect Realty.
