• List your property in the Rental section of Georgia Multiple Listing Service (GAMLS) and First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS).
• List your property until it is LEASED!
• Display up to 16 photos of your property on both GAMLS and FMLS.
• List your property on local public-access brokerage firm websites with rental listing property searches, Courtesy of Sellect Realty.
• List your property on public-access GeorgiaMLS.com
• List your property on public-access Realtor.com, Trulia.com, Zillow.com, Hotpads.com, Homes.com, etc.
• Print your name and phone number on your GAMLS/FMLS listing for agents to call you directly to show your property.
• Refer any calls and inquiries from potential renters to you.
• Make changes to your listing (e.g. rent price, descriptions, photos) upon request, free of charge.
• Provide an option to lease an agent-access electronic lockbox (available in Greater Atlanta only). Monitors dates/time, names and contact info of agents who entered and showed your property. Automated feedback system included, free of charge, for comments about your property from showing agents and their responses sent to you by email.
• Provide Rental Application form, free of charge, upon request. Please contact Sellect Realty for the form.
• Provide a Credit Report/Background check on a potential renter, upon request. $50 fee to be paid by potential renter. Please contact Sellect Realty for the form.
• Provide Lease Agreement form, free of charge, upon request. Please contact Sellect Realty for the form.

• Withdraw your listing at anytime for any reason, except for a pending lease or when you accept a lease contract.
• At leasing, no fee is charged by Sellect Realty or the multiple listing services.
